Dear JB, Thank you for your review and I am sorry the item has developed a fault. I can confirm your first email sent in was on 27/10/2023 and this was responded to yesterday, 30/10/2023 less than 3 days after being received and within 1 working day if you take into account the weekend between the two dates.
