Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We did offer a free returns service for a long time, but times changed and more and more people bought something and then just sent it back. In the end we had to either stop offering free returns or increase our pricing, which, in the interest of our customers, we would avoid as much as possible. As per your suggestion we have now updated our website.
