We have standard set up times of up 6 weeks, as it's currently a manual process to set up each individual Wedding Profile. I'm sorry to hear that this wasn't communicated to you and that you were expecting to receive access sooner. I appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention and I'm pleased to advise you that we're currently working on, and investing in, our own in-house system that will create the Online Wedding Profile automatically for you. I am sorry to hear that you don't feel that our service is exceeding your expectations to date. I wanted to let you know that I have personally taken a look at your wedding file. I can see that everything on there is absolutely fine and there is nothing at all to be worried about... I have also logged on to your Online Wedding Profile for you, to check the response times and to review any information that you are waiting on... I can see that all of the questions that you have asked to date, have been responded to within the 7 working day period that our overseas wedding coordinators endeavour to adhere to. The most recent questions that you asked at the end of last week are currently being worked on by our in-resort wedding coordinator Frances and she will respond to you in due course. We actually implemented our Online Wedding Profile system following on from feedback we received from couples and for this very reason, so that we can monitor the response times and help you with any outstanding queries that you may have. We have in place an expected response time of 7 working days for responses from our Overseas Wedding Coordinators. We ask you to bear this in mind when you are asking them questions, as they spend the majority of their working day away from their desk at pre-wedding meetings with couples who have arrived in-resort, in person at each and every couples big day, as well as looking after our couples who are in-resort and finalising their wedding arrangements... a service that yourself and your partner will receive once you arrive in-resort. If you do ever ask a question and are waiting for longer than the 7 day period that our In-resort Wedding Coordinators aim to respond within, please feel free to pop back on to your Online Wedding Profile and send them a follow-up message, as this will be received directly to their email inbox.
