First item ordered returned as incorrect. New item ordered and had to chase for feedback on numerous occasions. In the end cancelled as could not guarantee Xmas delivery even though originally ordered

Thank you for your feedback, i am sorry that we were unable to supply the alternative item that you wanted, when you placed your original order for a liddesdale jacket we supplied it in a couple of days, however you then returned this jacket for a completely different style jacket which we had to order from the manufacturer as soon as we were made aware of the delay we notified you of this. You then chose to cancel the order rather than wait so had a full refund. Thank you again for your feedback. Regards Bruce Jones Managing Partner
