Thank you for your feedback, firstly please accept our apologies for the miss pick with your order, the only reason for this is human error, we have procedures in place to stop this but obviously this one slipped through. I hope you can appreciate we did everything in our power to correct the error when it was brought to our attention. Even with the error your order was fully completed by the 30/9/10 taking 4 days from date of order, which is inside our predicted window of 3-5 days when you placed your order. I am glad to hear that you like the product and that it works well, but disappointed that you rated it as poor and you feel it is expensive especially as you saved 10% by purchasing a package deal.
