Thank you for your feedback, however I believe you have miss understood the £5.50 charge, this is not a charge for collecting the items from you, this was done free of charge due to our error in picking, should you have wanted the correct size we would not have charged you. (Courier collections actually cost us £15.00) The £5.50 charge was to cover the costs we had incurred in the original dispatch of your order as you were not charged for postage and packing on your original order as these costs are covered by the value of your order. If you had kept part of your order or wished to have had an exchange this charge would not have applied. The £5.50 charge exists to cover some of our costs in dispatching your original order. I hope that explains things.
