We had to wait over six weeks for the product the obviously have supply problems. rating the poor on that basis as it offer 10 days delivery.

It is not our normal practise to take this long to deliver, looking at the notes on your order I see that we did correspond with you about the delay in delivery being due to the manufacturer being out of stock. This item was advertised as in stock on there web site, as I had not received it after a week I phoned the company, to be told it was not in stock, I had to wait a further week for delivery.

When you placed your order our site stated 5-10 working days for delivery, your order was actually delivered in 12 working days outside of our prediction due to a delay from our supplier .
