Thank you for your swift reply. My issue is that I required a replacement 'Leather Pouch' for my Leatherman Wave urgently. I searched the internet and saw the product at your store. The site gave me the impression of a well presented, organised supplier. I therefore ordered what was supposed to be an ex-stock item and then had to wait weeks. No one informed me of the delay and no one advised that a substitute was going to be sent. All it would have taken was an email to ask if a replacement type was ok with a description of what I would receive. I know that the order was for a small amount but as you are no doubt aware a reputaion is built on satified customers, and I am not. Hence the negative feedback. I left this feedback, not as a dig at your organisation, but merely to highlight a situation that I was not happy about and to give you to the opportunity to comment. By the way, the reason I did not persue a refund was that as anything was better than nothing as they say.
