The Qubox folk were helpful but the communication from Yodel, whom they use for deliveries, was really poor. I feel I ended up with my purchases more by luck than design.

Vastly improve communication and customer service. The service also from the suppliers Tramontina was very poor. I would not use Qu Box or Tramontina again.

Parasol, base and cover ordered on the basis of 5-7 day delivery time but still not arrived over 2 weeks later.

This gazeb is well made, say to assemble and comes with four side panels with Velcro and four side with net curtains and can also be tied out of the way in the corners. Looks stylish
