The product had a few bits of damage and the outer box’s were covered in dirt but the gazebo went together fine, my only real issue is the length of time it took to be delivered.

Sorry to hear that your delivery did not go well first time and for this we can only apologise. It seems our courier had issues on this day without our knowledge. As stated on the product listing, this item is delivered kerbside. Unfortunately the haulier drivers are not insured to unload palletised goods onto properties. Pallet trucks are designed for flat surfaces and cannot be dragged over gravel.
