Thank you so much for your time on the telephone earlier. We were of course so sorry to only hear today, through this feedback, that you were unhappy with the delivery service provided. After further investigation it has been ascertained that your delivery was not booked in by ourselves here but was instead booked in directly by our manufacturers. It was also our manufacturers who you spoke with when you called, after your delivery had taken place. We pride ourselves on getting back to our customers 100% of the time and had they of notified us of your concerns we would of been in touch with you right away.It is also apparent that the nature of the pallet, kerbside delivery was not explained to you correctly at the point of booking the delivery in. Had that have been done you would of been aware that the drivers are not actually insured to carry goods and you would then of had the opportunity to arrange sufficient labour on the day to help you with the heavy goods. Please rest assured that the above points have been raised with the manufacturer and their pallet company and also internally with our Continuous Improvement Team who are always looking at ways to improve products and services for our very valued customers.
