The blind and the awning look just great. The fitting process was fantastic as they were installed incredibly neatly and caused no damage or unsightly cabling.

Awning installed well, quickly and professionally. Arrival time was not clear. phoned the office who said they'd get the installers to give me a better ETA, but no call.

Although we do provide an arrival time, our engineers are sometimes held up due to traffic. We have taken your comment on board and are making sure that the engineers call ahead if they think they will be running behind.

Our fabric is coated with a special formula developed to create a self-cleaning effect as well as providing protection against rain, light and fluctuations in temperature. Hi Carole, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We make sure to listen to our customers and use your comments to improve as a company. We now have an additional member of staff in our estimating department to make sure we get our quotations out as soon as possible. We now ask for customers availability when we take orders and make sure to work around this. I am glad to hear that the engineers were efficient but it is disappointing to hear that one did not say goodbye. This has been addressed with the engineer in question as it is certainly not behaviour we at Roché approve of. Hopefully the overall service was to your satisfaction and we hope you will let us show you our improvements in the future.
