Thank your for your feedback Cathy. I am really sorry to hear of the issues you've had with your Markilux awning. I will definitely pass your comments on to our installation team to look at along with our partners at Markilux and see if we can't get this resolved for you.

Another 2 weeks have passed and nothing has happened! Is this what you call Customer Service? This is appalling. How much longer do we need to wait for someone to contact us?

I would also like to say that all the surveyors and engineers we met were very helpful. We did have a few problems during the installation and just after, but all these were resolve to our satisfaction in a quick, friendly and professional manner.
