Shetland - Miniature UV Fly Rug Combo

I have e-mailed you a couple of times regarding this feedback as wished to understand more the issues you have been facing but haven't heard back. If you are able to respond would be really grateful as looking through our records we can only ever see that you have purchased a cotton sheet from us a few months ago and then one fly rug which was a UV combo (on which the review is left) which you would only have received a matter of days before leaving this review. We take all negative feedback seriously and try to understand so if you are able to respond to our e-mails that would be very much appreciated. It may be that you ordered other fly rugs under another name but have also searched with your postcode and still just this one. I look forward to hearing from you.
