Staff and service was excellent - Both on the Christmas Rhine Cruise and Paris/Prague extensions and on the Egypt, Jordan and Israel trips.
Tour guide, Mahmoud in Egypt was exceptional!

It was an exceptional Christmas experience especially the day in the snow - would have appreciated more decorative lights on board to add tot he festive atmosphere.
