We are very sorry that although your order was shipped on the same day that your items did not reach you promptly due to a delay with the Royal Mail, but glad that the replacement we sent did arrive quickly. It was very helpful to be able to speak over the phone when we were trying to track down the original delivery and thank you for calling to confirm that the first one has also now arrived.

I am very happy with the response from simply sound - I was a little peeved to be asked for feedback when I hadn't yet received the item. Simply sound have done all they could to resolve the problem and promptly send a replacement as soon as they realised thjere was a problem with Royal Mail delivery.
