Sorry I wasn't having a go at you. It's DPD who were incompetent. When I finally got the haze fluid the box was battered and all 4 of the bottles were squashed in at the lid, making it virtually impossible to open! I finally got one open after spilling it all over the place! I'd definitely look into changing your couriers!

Hi,

Thanks for coming back to us - not a problem at all. We do keep a record of all courier issues to report back to our account manager, and this issue of not delivering to a requested pick up shop and the lack of communication that goes with it has cropped up a few times. DPD do need to sort this part of their service out as it is very confusing for recipients and frustrating for us as it increases the number of deliveries we are having to try and sort. I'm sorry that the fluid bottles were squashed and difficult to open - we can offer a 10% refund if this is of help to make up for the squashed bottles.
