I'm not sure why the onus is being put on me to sort this out but at least we now know what Herpes couriers have been up to YET AGAIN. How do they believe it is in anyway remotely acceptable to leave a package out in the open in the middle of winter, especially given that I was away working for a week??? What would have happened if the package was sensitive electronics???
Furthermore why do they think it is acceptable to leave a package out in the open anyway given that I have several neighbours they could leave it with, many of whom are in during the day??? I rather suspect "failed deliveries" are an excuse for dumping the delivery anywhere in order to save them repeat leg work.
And IN PLAIN VIEW just to ice the cake??? Only Yodel are more proficient at perpetrating this sort of cr*p.
As to "safe place"... perhaps Herpes would like to furnish evidence of when I have EVER indicated a "safe place" for a parcel drop. More of their blatant lies I'm afraid.
When spoken to Herpes wouldn't even tell us who had sent us the package however luckily this was the only item we were waiting for so it didn't take Sherlock Holmes to work out what's been going on.
And whilst we are on the subject of Herpes economy with the truth, when my wife contacted them Herpes said they would contact the seller immediately to make you aware of none delivery and that you would then be in touch - how strange then that your follow up only comes after I have ripped you a new 'arris for pestering me for feedback.
Feedback? It isn't likely to be very good is it given the shannanigins I am being subject to.
The package was NOT where Herpes indicated on the card they pushed through my letter box - NOT A FIRST for Herpes, they have tried this on once before - they said it was 'left in my garage' last time. I find it amazing that Herpes operatives apparently have the power to pass through locked doors and walls.
I am SICK AND TIRED of dishonest lazy couriers trying it on.
So... I've paid for two items from you, to wit TWO 19" 1 U rack shelves, but to date I've had no package delivered. What's to be done about it??? And may I suggest in the strongest possible terms you give Herpes an interview without coffee as they are costing you and me money with their lazy, slap dash and dishonest practices.
