Thank you for leaving a review and bringing to our attention that your print hasn't arrived hasn’t arrived. I’m sorry it hadn’t arrived when you received your review request, custom prints take 10 working days to arrive within the UK and a bit longer overseas. I can see that it was dispatched on the 4th of September and delivered on the 8th by UPS. I have sent the details to you via email, please let me know if this is not the case and I will follow up. If you have any concerns you can always contact us, we respond to all emails within one working day.
