As custom prints arrive separately from other items your purchased (as they are made to order) it can be a little confusing when they are on the delivery note. We are going to remove these from the delivery summary and we are also working to create clearer communications about the delivery timescale to make the whole process a lot smoother.

Sorry you were disappointed when you received your custom print as unframed, I have passed on your feedback about the signs to our visual merchandising team. As mentioned in my email to you this morning we are happy to take the cost of the unframed print you ordered off an order for a framed version, please get in touch if you would like to go ahead with this.
