Will never buy from Tate Online while they still use DPD courier. Disaster.

Thanks for your feedback on our delivery service with DPD. As you know we have been in contact about the issues you experienced. I hope our explanation and refund of your delivery costs have gone someway to compensating for DPD not following your delivery instructions. We are also now in the process of adding more information about our courier partners to our website so customers can make more informed decisions about delivery.

Helpful kiosk staff at Tate Pimlico. Loved the fact that great art prints can be framed and shipped worldwide. Makes it accessible to common folks the world over.
