Because of their system mistake I missed the opportunity to by a present for my newborn granddaughter. The only positive thing is that they refund me.

Dear Natalia, 

I am very sorry again for the error we had on our system which showed the item as in stock but unfortunately it was not. We did try to offer the other two sizes available in this bear as an alternative however it was stated that you wanted that size and that unless it was with you by a certain date that you would like a refund. As we had explained it would take longer than your timescale we therefore issued you a refund for the item. We will obviously endeavour to try to ensure that things like this do not happen in the future, however unfortunately sometimes system errors do occur.

Dear Sharon, we have been in touch with the courier who have stated that they had a problem locating the address and had attempted twice to deliver. Luckily they have found the address on the 3rd attempt and delivered the item on the 22nd of August. We hope this has been successfully resolved for you, should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
