Good/poor..... No confirmation e mail. Send e mail and tried to call on two occasions to see if order was confirmed. Couldn't get through and no reply. However Teddy did arrive and is gorgeous.

Although the box the Teddy Bear cam in was damaged it was replaced within a couple of days, . Excellent service.Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
