Quick and simply ordering, delivered spot on time only thing I can say would be to put the bear in a bag so if any water or liquid damage befell the box the contents would be ok

Customer service could not have been worse. The team is not even responding to my messages. I cannot even see my order, even though my account was charged. It is like the shop does not exist.

It appears that your order arrived in your country on the 29th and should be with you soon. Please let us know if you have any more concerns.

Sorry to hear that your item has not arrived yet. Your order was placed on Saturday for 3-5 working days which Saturday and Sunday are not included in. We labelled your item as 48hr delivery on Tuesday, making Friday the last day it can come. If it hasn't arrived by the end of the 9th of December, please get in touch with Royal Mail as we can't control what happens once it has left us. Sorry again for what has happened with your order.
