Wrote 2 emails not got reply for 4 days took 4 payments out when only brought 1 bear brought from you before but won’t again

Hi there,We are very sorry you did not get a response in a timely manner but unfortunately we have had an issue with customer service staffing but we are not at full capacity so this should not happen again. I will pass this on to the customer service manager to make them aware. Again, we can only apologise for the payment being taken 4 times for 1 purchase, i believe refunds have been made for the other 3?We hope this does not deter you from visiting us again in the future.Have a lovely day - TBL
