Hello, We are very sorry that the packaging did not arrive as you would have expected, we have a quality control inspection before we send our boxes to try and avoid this but unfortunately, boxes do get damaged in transit. Web sight was easy to use. Ordered for a great granddaughter for Christmas, what a lovely coloured Charley bear, she will love him. Delivery was fairly swift just under a week.
