I placed an order on 15.08.24 and I still haven't received it. I contacted The Big Cheese on 17.08.24 regarding my delivery and have not received a response. Very poor service.

Customer service was top class. Initially the wrong items were dispatched but it want a problem. I emailed the company who sent the correct items the same day. Excellent customer service
