We are very sorry to hear this has occurred, Hear are some useful tips for better results:
Please ensure the following has occurred:
The fruit fly trap is next to the fruit bowl, and that no other attracts are nearby, (e.g., sticky spillages, open bottles of wine, uncovered juice)
The fruit fly trap is topped up with solution (either the one it arrived with or the ones I suggested in my former emails)
May I suggest you try filling the bait bowl up with some dissolved sugar water (white sugar and water stirred together) and poured into the unit to top it up?
Also, fruit flies are typically interested in the sweetest fruitiest objects in the room, so if there should be any opened juices, wines, or spoilt fruit, I would advise you to put these away If possible.
If you have ensured the above Is done (if you do not have white sugar, perhaps a cider vinegar solution in water would be possible, tipped into the bait bowl), and the fruit flies are still being a nuisance,
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee fruit flies will be lured to the fruit fly trap, this is just an aid to catch them and stop them flying about the kitchen/living room areas.
Thank you
