We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience and you had difficulty getting through to us on the phone. As you placed your order on Saturday, due to this being a Bank Holiday weekend, we did not see your order until Tuesday. We were expecting a delivery from our supplier on Tuesday afternoon, however unfortunately this did not arrive as there is a manufacturing issue with the food that you ordered which we had not been informed of prior to the missed delivery. We chased this with our supplier and upon confirming that there is no estimated availability date we contacted you accordingly on Wednesday.
