We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service provided. Unfortunately, there has been an error at the dispatch stage of the order and your Hammerglass units had been incorrectly shipped by our supplier and therefore needed to be transported from the other side of the country to carry out the installation, we can only apologise for this.
We feel that we did all that we could to rectify this and did keep to our agreement and came to install the glass on the re-arranged date that we agreed.
In terms of your comment regarding the installation price - we did make the charges clear from the start of your enquiry and provided you with a quotation in writing on multiple occasions. The charges are based on not only the labour of a skilled engineer on the final installation but also account for a pre-manufacture site survey, as well as travel costs. We don't feel it is fair to dispute the price after agreeing to it both verbally and in writing prior to placing your order.
