We were "upgraded" to a 4 star hotel, Hotel was definitely not a 4 star, having said that though, the hotel was located close to Termini Station, we were also within walking distance of the Colloseum.

Terrible hotel. Run down, cold, no heating, no wi-fi as advertised. Broken basin and loo, no toiletries, hotel manager smoking inside.
