Alot of hidden charges not included in "total price" can only make bookings or changes over the phone which costs fees each time. Was ok but won't be using this company again

did'nt get holiday at price i booked on line was phoned that night and told i had to go with another supplier who was charging more or pick another hotel heart set on that hotel so paid more charge
