We are sorry that the material wasn't fit for the application you described. We would be happy to replace the product with a softer felt version which lends itself to bonding to curves much more aggressively than the normal material.

The sticky adhesive used comes away from the felt if on anything other than a flat surface, leaving the adhesive tape in place and the felt curling away. Very disappointing.
