Excellent service in store by extremely helpful salesman Ali. Bed is so comfortable and exactly what we wanted and a price that was less than we thought we would need to pay for well made bed.

The carpet was laid well but the carpet layer broke my headboard and didn't tell me. However the Manager was very helpful and arranged for my headboard to be mended.Thank you.

The original carpet fitter was off sick on allotted day but they managed to get someone else to lay it on the same day. Fitter was quick, competent and tidy.
