I really don't think you guys understand how the feedback model works. Giving a quick reply to negative feedback is too little too late. You need to take my feedback on board and then YOU need to go back to Jaguar Melksham to investigate and complete training as required. You have all the data you need to do this. But the ownership is on you as a business to investigate and resolve. My experience means I wouldn't use you again if I had a choice so unfortunately the damage already done.
