All our van rental suppliers require you to leave a deposit to cover the excess in case of any damage. During the booking process, before any payment has been taken for the rental, we do clearly advise a deposit amount will be required on arrival. This is mentioned, amongst other places, on the supplier’s terms and conditions which you need to agree to before completing the booking.
Once you complete your booking, this is also clearly stated in the “Deposit” section of the booking voucher.
