Good service, they got one of my claims settled relatively fast. Still waiting for the other one they are dealing with to be resolved. Not had any correspondance regarding it to date.

Generally good service very helpful
Good service but sometimes very hard to get in touch with and the conversations mean that I have to go through the process several times for them to work out what is happening

Very good customer service kept me informed every step of claims. Succssful with a number of PPI claims I was not aware of. Would recomend to everyone. Thank you Gladstone Brookes

Without the persistence of GB I would not have carried on. Sometimes I got fed up with answering questions but I got all my PPI back! Thanks GB very much.
