The comments were valid and simple courtesy could solve all the issues that I raised. No point in giving a direct contact number when you find it never works. A simple acknowledgement of extra correspondence will confirm it has been received. Tell clients a call back will take at least 24 hours - to save clients sitting by phone anticipating a response. As I have said "Simple courtesies go a long way.so I'm sorry gentlemen its back to school to relearn the basics of dealing with clients. In a nutshell thank you for your help - would I recommend you A Resounding NO. Other companies might be no better but they could be no worse

They did little work for a good size of the money. They should put there charges down. Duplicate paperwork waste of resources of known so eSy Would not use them again
