Dear Mr Griffiths Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your recent trip to the Valencia MotoGP. I have checked with our Sales team and can confirm that no guarantee was given prior to your trip about a possible pit lane walk as this is not something that is offered as standard as part of the package. We have checked all paperwork and can confirm that nothing was outlined in this either. A paddock tour is listed as a possible inclusion but we clearly state that this is subject to regulations imposed by the circuit. When regulations are set by or changed by the circuit, particularly in relation to Covid, these are completely out of our control. When you were out in Valencia, Nikki advised you that she thought pit walks weren’t going to be happening due to Covid and clarified it was a decision controlled by the circuit and not by Grandstand Motor Sports. With regard to any pit lane walks that did take place over the weekend, we can only assume that these people had VIP Village tickets, which were different to the tickets that you had purchased for the Valencia MotoGP.
