Good morning Garry, Thank you for your review and we are pleased to hear Tina & Peter had a great time overall. We are a little confused by your comments however as the Formula 2 race was on Saturday and Sunday morning so we were there in good time to see both of these races. They were sat in Gold 4 which is the closest grandstand to our coach park and is only a 5-10 minute walk. We left 60 minutes after the Formula One qualifying on Saturday meaning we only missed the Formula 3 race and 90 minutes after the F1 on Sunday and there are no other races after the F1. We left the hotel in Budapest at 0830 on Saturday morning and we arrived at just after 0900. On Sunday morning we left at 0815 and arrived at the circuit at 0855. As we're sure you can appreciate it is very difficult for us to be able to organise timings which will suit everyone with so many clients on the trip and we have to go with the general concensus which means we get back into Budapest in good time to freshen up and head out for dinner. Had we stayed for the F3 race on Saturday this would have meant with traffic we would have been getting back to Budapest relatively late for dinner and with it being an early start it is a long day. Most people tend to feel that they are ready to head back to the city after such a long day at the circuit. I sincerely hope you understand this and if you can please check with them as it would appear there may have been some confusion as to the times we left. Our representative in Singapore was Melanie Else and her contact details were provided to you along with your final travel documents and race tickets. There was also a list of days and times when Melanie was available in both of the hotels which we sell on our package and at any other times she was available by mobile, however I can see that you chose to stay in a different hotel. Had you contacted Melanie I'm sure she would have been able to arrange to meet with you at your hotel. On a final note I would like to clarify that your airport transfer pick up time was on your final itinerary, however we have noted this for future to see if we can improve on the information sent out to our clients so this is clearer.
