Nice base. Big area with plenty of parking. Good restaurants close to the boat.
Best. Boat for two couples. Two master staterooms, although if you are paying take the aft, it’s more spacious.

It was basically a floating hotel room with all the normal amenities!

Check in was quick and professional, boat was clean and ready to go, and they were very helpful when we forgot an essential item on board
Perfect set up for a couple, and the bow and stern thrusters rocked.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and are very sorry that you felt this was not delivered to you. We are also saddened to hear that you felt disappointed cruising one of our most popular destinations, the UNESCO world heritage designated Canal du Midi. Carcassone is indeed a must-see on the route but we are sad that you didn't enjoy the time cruising or the other stops and experiences of the region. It’s just too much work with the locks. The boat and supplies were underwhelming. The staff less than friendly. Did I mention the locks? Seems like DAYS spent in locks.
Boat was beat up and slow. Really slow. I understand slow for safety but you can’t get far with a slow boat and 300 locks ( not 300 but a lot!).
