Loved the interior of the boat but it steered very sluggishly and sometimes unresponsive. Disliked the Port cassafieres lack of information and assistance along the way
As above. Would not go the same route. I would recommend people to start at castelnaudary go to Carcassonne and return to castelnaudary

Thank you for your feedback. We have taken action on the matter to get it resolved and the operations teams are busy working on upgrading the electrical system on the Vision. We are sorry that the air conditioning was not as effective as you had hoped, it was certainly an exceptionally hot summer in several destinations which made for sunny cruising but some warm evenings. We always take feedback on board as it is the best way to ensure we are delivering an excellent service to our customers. Thank you again for taking the time to send us your input.

Rental bikes were expensive, tires flat, hand pump (no 12v compressor) cracked.
