Regarding the speed of delivery, we do give all our customers, lead times of all our products both before and after they have placed their order. These dates are based on us sourcing the items from the suppliers and ensuring they arrive to you in perfect condition. I can see your order was delivered to you within this estimated lead time.
Regarding faulty items or damaged items, we do ask to be contacted by email within 48hrs of receiving your item, so that we are able to investigate and find a resolution to avoid disappointment.
