Thanks for commenting on our instruction manuals. Taking photos and writing up instructions for all appliances isn't easy, but we know it is worth it. We understand that when guests first arrive they may not be able to absorb everything, and having everything written in our welcome folders for you is something we have always felt important.

Thanks. We have salaried staff on hand seven days a week across our UK and central Nice office at rue hotel des postes. We know it's important to be available for our guests.

Service was excellent. I had to wait a bit for the agent to meet me. But I had a nice glass of wine nearby and relaxed. I had trouble with the TV and they talked me through it by phone.. very helpful.

Thanks for your feedback on Cognac and our service. A lot of guests do like the location of being still central but very near to the Riquier station so they can travel around the Riviera. We hope we'll see you again soon.
