We're sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with how long it took to come and change some light bulbs. As we have apartments all over the city, we sometimes have to prioritise maintenance jobs, and as there were several light bulbs working in the ceiling chandelier we had to give our resources to more urgent things that week.
We only factor in one linen change for guests of less than 4 weeks, but perhaps next time you can order one of our mid-stay packages if you would like a change of bedding. We have this as an option since we know some guests prefer more linen changes, but the majority prefer us to keep prices down. A discount on price is built into our system for 4 weeks and so this would allow for you to order the package of a linen change if this is important to you.
We do not have a taxi company, and so can only ring them for you, but we can't manage their business. We did make enquiries though and believe they did turn up, but could not find you. We're sorry you had this problem.
