The albums are excellent, the service pleasant but not professional. The first consignment of albums did not have the colours I ordered. There was no delivery note with the consignment and NO RETURN

I am so sorry you weren't happy with our service, I believe you have been in email and phone contact and you have now received the correct album. The mix up in colours was due to a technical problem on the website for which we apologise. Sophie
