Hi Norman, so sorry to hear you had issues with Fedex, and so glad to see your neighbour was able to sign for it. We will 100% feedback to Fedex that they should have waited until the Thursday and not deliver on the Wednesday, please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. Hannah

We are sorry to hear you had some issues with Fedex, and totally understand how frustrating this is. I can see we dispatched the order on the next day service, and it was delayed by a day. I will get in touch via email with you now and we can refund you next day delivery cost.
