Hi, Thanks for the review, we do appreciate it a lot. As mentioned, we are truly sorry that we were not able to solve an issue by sending a replacement strap, because as mentioned we only have one size, thus super sorry for the inconveniences caused. As much as we wish to help you out, unfortunately, we are just not able to provide it. However, we will take your feedback strongly into consideration and forward it to our product development team. In addition, our customers are more than welcome to make an exchange eg. exchange from 36mm to 40mm watch, where its straps are alternatively longer and potentially will be a perfect fit. Thank you for your honest feedback and once again truly sorry the inconveniences.

Very good service and lovely wat h. The advert did not say the two alternative straps had to be purchased separately,or the price. That misled me a bit.
