We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy about your Customer Experience with us. I've thoroughly reviewed your complaint and followed all the steps regarding your order and the communication with our Customer Service department. We are glad that you have been able to utilize the voucher code of 100£ that you won with success on your 144£ order.

As with many other e-commerce companies is not possible to combine multiple codes per order. One of our Customer Service representatives has explained this policy with you in a previous conversation. We are very sorry to hear that your experience with us has not reached your expectations. Our Customer Service, however, has been diligent and clear in informing you about your ability to utilize only one code per order. This should not reflect negatively on our Customer service which has been since the beginning responsive and clear about our policies.
