I'm sorry you haven't received our usual level of service. Unfortunately, as your order had both DIY kits and handmade items we incorrectly gave you the DIY delivery time frame (7-10 days) when we were working to the handmade one (15 days) The problem was compounded by our Christmas closure, as soon as we returned we dispatched the DIY part of your order on a next day delivery but in our haste we missed the sticky tabs. I’m sorry we got it wrong on this occasion.

Pure Invitation website was easy to use, our order was received promptly and when I needed to contact them regarding a small error their response was first class. The invitations look great.
